About: North Tyneside General Hospital

Went in with a od. The doc spent more time talking to my cpn than me. Didn't come back to see me for two hour even after me requesting on 6 different time. Then all he came and said was that I could go home. No bloods only had obs check twice and nothing else. Tell you what a waste of nhs money that was.

I am really sorry to hear about the difficulties that brought you into hospital. I am also sorry and disappointed to learn that we have failed to involve you in discussions about your care in the way you would have liked.
