I tried all day contact ref grandsons hearing aid I told St Martins took over role but that untrue. Fobbed everywhere only person able help was a p/a. My wife in Bristol under their cancer care I in Swindon their care from bottom heart these two far excel. People not left to toilet their beds ect. but they were not interested they were too arrogant to even speak to members public.
