Absolutely disgusted with the way information relayed by .The doctor on iris ward the most rude and insensitive doctor I have met . The man needs to take lessons on patient care and how to address family when questions are asked about their loved one. He needs to make sure half problems are solved with a little empathy and understanding in shown rather than bamboozling them with medical jargon Please ensure he is given this feedback as other patients do not have to go through the same experience
