"my treatment in A & E and in a ward"

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Frimley Park. I arrived at A & E reception after first going to Brants Hill minor Injuries (as it was nearer to where I fell over and injured myself.) They kept me waiting two hours before seeing me, they finally took x-rays, then said they couln't treat me!!.They gave us my x-rays and notes to take to Frimley Park. On arriving at reception we handed them my x-rays prints and I was immediately taken by the sister in charge through to see a doctor. I had badly dislocated my elbow and broken a bone in my arm, and badly damaged my foot and was unable to walk. After having my arm set and plastered I was taken to a ward where I stayed for two days. I cannot praise highly enough the A & E sister and the doctor. Their care kindness and professionalism were superb! the sister even came twice to see me in the ward. All of the staff on the ward were excellent, even the cleaners were kind and helpful. I am still having Physio and am making a good recovery. Once again thank you.
