"Hit and Miss"

The emergency treatment and in-patient care is superb, best in the country. It felt like all the staff wanted the best for me and would do anything to look after me. The out patient treatment is amateur, uncaring and badly organised. Run by managers, not health care professionals. I was sent two appointment letters for a clinic that didn't exist, and was sent to speak to a manager who wasn't even in the building that day, and told to walk to the other side of the hospital (and back) to a department that was closed, when I was having difficulty walking. The department have not even responded to my written complaint. Trying to get my treatment moved to a different hospital.
