was a patient due to an emegency call.

We would like to thank all staff at the Hospital for their professionalism and care first the
Paramedic and ambulance crew who attended
the home address.
Secondly the Doctors and Nurses all their hard work and help is much appreciated.
Finally thanks for arranging transport home and
to the driver for his assistance.
