(as a parent/guardian),

My son's first appointment got cancelled due to hospital contamination on a Friday in August. I called the Jublilee on the Monday and Tuesday to see if there was any cancellation. I spoke to a very helpful young man called Craig Caldwell. I feel he went the extra mile for us, as he had a cancellation on the Thursday however, because his pre-op sheet stated Friday on it we couldn't get that appointment. Craig asked me to leave it with him and he called round all the patients that were booked in for Friday asking if any of them were willing to move their appointment. He called me back to say that he had found someone willing to do this. My Son and I were very grateful that he did this otherwise my son would probably need to wait until the end of September.
