"Many thanks to staff in A&E and MAU"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was sent to a&e from my doctor. I was seen at the reception, and seen by triage nurse. Within 10 minutes I had been admitted with blood pressure and a heart problem. The treatment I received was 1st. class. Many thanks to the staff in a&e, and the staff in the M. A. U. ward, especially the nurse in bay 5, she was tremendous. Many thanks.

‘’Would you like to help the hospital to improve its services further? We are currently looking for patients and carers to become involved in a development called “Patient Stories”. We want to know more about our services from the point of view of those who received them – what was good, bad, what could be improved, what should be changed.
