"Felt I was put at ease"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Musculoskeletal physiotherapy

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

A meeting was pre arranged in July with Mr Lorcan Griffin who put me at ease even though I kept talking in front & over him but I was frustrated about my understanding of my limited movement, pain & loss of feeling. He did his best but I kept on talking, in the end he said to let him finish the inspection. When at the end he explained everything to me, when things happen to you that are not your fault it takes time to digest it.

I then had another visit and again I kept asking questions to which he again put me at ease with everything about my limitations. I kept to his good advice & the knowledge of what he explained & the exercise programme which he presented. Well done & thanks, keep up the good work.
