Very impressed with whole team - 'prep' nurse reassured me about procedure and made me laugh, consultant also very friendly and calming. Nurses in procedure room efficient, and nurses in recovery room very helpful, providing tea and biscuits before I left. Considering the type of procedure, I was really happy with how it went - I barely felt anything during the procedure and the time went by so quickly. Thanks Royal Free!
