"Shocking"

I took my five ear old who complained of a sore foot after looking at it he had obviously stood in something and it was stuck in his foot took him here to wait three hours to then have the most awful nurse who refused to numb his foot and instead used a spray which made his foot cold!!!! He's five she took a scalpel and continued to it my sons foot all the whole he's licking & screaming in agony for her to tut and say she had managed to get it out when I asked what it was she couldn't tell me and haired us out! Strange then a few days later after his bath he came to me with a 2" bloody thorn that was obviously still stuck in there!! Avoid at all costs!!!
