After taking my 9 year old son 3 times to the Doctors and twice to the hospital with severe earache over 10 days, I begged my Doctor to send him to West Mid ENT rather than taking a swob he was in agony. West mid were 5 star from the minuet we got there, treating him appropriately and stopping his pain straight away, he had a severe Ear infection which he needed to be in hospital for 2 day. I can not thank all the Doctors and Nurses enough for looking after him and keeping him pain free while treating him. In his own words he said 'They are the best Doctors and Nurses in the world' Bless him. Thank you very much :-)
