Turned up at the walk in minor injuries unit last Thursday afternoon. The arrival process of booking in via phone was very straightforward. The person on the other end of the phone was very friendly and helpful. The wait was less than two hours, which was impressive. Then the person who saw me was brilliant. Again, really friendly and listened to what I had to say. And I was very pleased and reassured by their diagnosis. Probably the best experience I've had of the NHS so far (I'm 40 btw). I only saw this one part of the hospital, but I was very impressed.
"Best NHS experience yet"
