"wonderful service"

i have just stayed in the hospital for 6 days.from leaving my gp at 10-00 to arriving at 11-00 at the surgical ward and being addmitted every thing was perfect. i had many test that day and was on the operating table at 9-00 the next day and was then taken to ward 3.all the drs nurses porters cleaners dinner ladies and any one else on the ward was absolutley brilliant.i could not have had better service if i was in a private ward.also the meals were eccelent.please thank every one connected to ward 3 my very grateful thanks
