"Paramedics are of such high calibre"

An ambulance was ordered by 111. It arrived very quickly. The three paramedics (Linda, Daisy-May and Jack) dealt with the situation professionally and with kindness and care. It is reassuring to know that we, the public, have paramedics of such high calibre.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
