About: Good Hope Hospital

My Husband had an appointment at the hospital today at 10.00am. We arrived a little early as not familiar with the layout of the hospital and so decided to go to the restaurant to kill some time. Had a lovely breakfast and the cost very reasonable. After eating I needed the loo so went to use the toilets in the restaurant . They were a disgrace. You could tell they had not been cleaned as soon as you entered them. toilet paper all over the floor and human excrement on the floor of one of the cubicles. I came out and spoke to the lady serving and told her the toilets were a disgrace. The lady said she thought they had not yet been cleaned. but got straight on the phone and called for someone to come urgently and put up a sign. Surely, the toilets in an eating establishment, take priority and should be checked prior to them opening by the staff not left for a customer to walk into and find what I did. This was only 9.00am this morning
