"First impressions"

I received a letter this morning inviting my son for a hearing test. The address at the top of the letter refers to 'Ormskirk and General District Hospital' rather than 'Ormskirk and District General Hospital' and the letter directs me to read an enclosed leaflet which is unfortunately missing. Not a good first impression by the clerical staff lets hope the screening staff can do their job marginally better.
