"The receptionist is a gem!"

Dealt with the receptionist at the Colposcopy desk quite a lot lately, I wish I could remember her name but she is an absolute gem!! She sorted me out an appointment really quickly with no hassle, send out loads of info in the post for me, then even rang me the following day when she received dates @ Scarborough which were sooner than the one I had originally booked. I cannot fault her! From one receptionist to another, you are fab! Thanks for all your help :)
