I came into A&E on 13 August with an ankle priblem. U was seen in the allotted time and I cannot praise your staff highly enough. I was taken into the minor injuries room. The Doctor introduced himself and was very good at putting me at ease when I was in so much pain. The two Health care assistance I met are a credit to your department and put me at ease as I was put into plaster by one of them. I have had some bad experiences in hospital before but your team on Wednesday has restored my faith.
