About: Arrowe Park Hospital

Had a phlebotomy appt today at 11.20am in the walK in centre. After a 14hr fast the appt was delayed by an hour which I can understand was probably down to demands on the service. What I was perplexed by was the lack of acknowledgment or simple apology for the lateness by the member of staff taking the blood. When mentioned, she just shrugged which I felt was simply rude. I should say that the vast majority of other staff at this hospital I have found to be very caring and professional.
