About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

On August 11th 2014 I had an ovarian cyst removed in the Day Unit and was home the same evening. All the staff including those concerned with my pre-op day were understanding, kind and caring. Everything was explained in detail and the care I received was exemplary . I was extremely nervous but everything was done to make me feel at ease. The N.H.S. has had some terrible press but I feel the media are only interested in bad news! I have nothing but praise for all the staff concerned.
