"I can’t praise them enough"

People don’t generally ring to say well done on a good job, but would rather complain. I wanted to say thanks. These guys arrived quickly and were really nice.

I called an ambulance for my son. He’s 11 years old and a type 1 diabetic. He had an injection burst when attempting to inject on a spot which had been injected on before. His levels were really low but we couldn't get them back up.

I called an ambulance around midnight, they arrive unbelievably quick. Especially when you consider I live in the sticks on the coast. As soon as ended the call Sam and Dave were at the door – we’re talking 15 seconds from putting the phone down!

They looked after my son and left lots of useful information. The service was top notch and they arrived unbelievable quick. I can’t praise them enough.

It is always so rewarding to hear how our staff are delivering excellent care to patients, and reassurance to their family, when they need it most.
