Last week the paramedics visited me after calling the 111 service.

They were absolutely brilliant, they were almost here by the time I put the phone down. Within 5 minutes they’d arrived.

The paramedics that visited were kind, caring and efficient and gave all the help I needed. They also smiled a lot.

I would give them 100% and they made me feel more confident. I was choking badly when they arrived, but they reassured me and fulfilled everything I needed.
