I found the procedure and information very efficient and professional.

I am very grateful of any guidance and help I am being given to help me continue to function on a daily basis and continue to be able to do my job of work. I have not had to take any sick leave to date but there are times when it has been a real struggle. I feel that this is a very positive step forward and will attend all appointments and treatments which I am offered. This will hopefully relieve the pain and enhance my lifestyle to ensure I continue to work normally and better my overall health.
