The outpatient appointment is fast and efficient with friendly and welcoming staff, both admin and clinical. The ophthalmology consultant is helpful and easy to talk to and Admissions manager is efficient and charming. Everyone, makes a worrying experience very easy and relaxed. The day case procedure is equally efficient, with everyone showing a real interest in individuals and making the surgery comfortable and fear free. A marvellous example of healthcare. Thank you
