What I liked

Im still an inpatient but i can confirm that after complaining to the matron i was moved. Im a 30 year old female and after waiting to be wheeled to the shower for 6 hours i fell in the in the shower room i was naked on the floor as i could not get myself up due my injury. The nurse stood there with the door open telling me to get up whilst visitors were looking at me. Also dried patients blood all in my bay, and feces on the curtain. As i said i was move up to the 10th floor but yesterday i fell in my bay i pulled the red cord even chucked stuff at the wall but i waited nearly 1hour before help came. This hospital has got shockingly bad it is disgusting

What could be improved

better cleaners i told nurses and cleaners that when i fell on the floor i noticed several tablets under patients beds, they are still there. Staff with a bed side manner, and staff to don't stand around laughing at patients. More training more vetting.

Anything else?

The food is beyond belief nasty.Unable to put it into words.

I work for the NHS and im ashamed
