What I liked

A real team, all the nurses liked working there. Well managed, with plenty of training opportunities was what most nurses said.

What could be improved

In most places the hospital is a little shabby. Which is in sharp contrast to the sophisticated equipment they have, which is the most important thing!

Anything else?

I feel like I'm in good hands. They treated me as an individual and are supporting me to look forward positively.
