(as the patient),

I have experienced difficulty with being breathless on exertion all my life. After years of saying this to G. P's I was finally referred to Consultant Physician Dr Mustfa. Dr Mustfa took the time to listen. Because he really listened Dr Mustfa asked the right questions. I was referred for tests promptly and kept informed throughout.
