"Nervous when I went in, nurses made me feel at ease"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Maxillo-Facial surgery

(as a service user),

I was nervous when I went to the hospital. The nurses were very nice and caring and made me feel at ease.

I feel that all the nurses and staff in this clinic are really caring and treat people with respect. They were very good.
