"Health service is under pressure"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

After working for 50 years I am now experiencing health issues. I’ve paid my dues. But now I find that the health service is under pressure and therefore whatever I need will mean a long wait.

Thank you for providing feedback on your recent referral.

I am sorry that you are now having to wait longer than you would like to receive your appointment/treatment.

TRAQS was established in 2012 with the aim of providing patients with a choice of location and a convenient date/time for their appointment.

If a patient is able to travel for an earlier appointment or has a specific hospital in mind we will do all we can to ensure that the patient's wishes are met.

Thank you again for sharing your feedback and hope that you do not have to wait too long to be seen. We wish you all the best with your treatment.
