"No contact before appointment"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Appointment this was connected to arrived the same day as this form. The appointment is only approximately four weeks after I was advised of referral.

No contact from TRAQS appointment, just arrived through the post!

Referrals were done by diabetic nurse, no involvement from doctor.

Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated.

Although you did not receive any contact from TRAQS the referral was processed by TRAQS and passed directly to the Community Diabetic Nurses who arranged your appointment and notified you by post.

I am pleased that you did not have long to wait for your appointment and wish you all the best with your treatment.
