About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I thought it was very efficient. I didn’t know there was a place at Donnington but thought it was excellent. I did not have to wait and was seen very quickly and efficiently. I was referred from the optician through the doctor but did not have anything from my GP to say what they were going to do so am unable to answer the GP questions.

Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated.

Your Optician sends the report of your eye test to your GP who then refers you via TRAQS so that we can offer a Choice of where you can be seen.

The Practice is an Ophthalmology Service in the Community which holds clinics at both Donnington and Woodside. The new services are helping relieve the pressure on the local hospital services and to offer a more local service for patients to avoid travelling further to be seen elsewhere.

I am pleased to hear that your experience was a positive one and that your found the service efficient.
