About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Had a problem with my right hand numbness in my three fingers went to the Dr, he sent me to see a specialist who sent me for a nerve test within two weeks I was having my carpal tunnel done, after physio and six weeks off work things got better and I am now back at work.
