About: Basildon University Hospital

We visited A & E on 3 occasions due to my GP refusing to refer my 10 year old daughter for ear suctioning resulting in her passing out. We came in my ambulance and were seen right away, on all 3 occasions, in & out within 30 minutes. Very pleased the Emergency ENT doctor suctioned her ears ending 3 weeks of pain for her dispute my GP refusing to refer for this. Also already received her referral for ENT & Audio as the Dr wants her ear looked into further incase their is something not right. Very professional, Polite and caring staff, could not fault them in any way , definately get my vote!
