"No accident - no skin infection? Don't go to the..."

Worst experience ever! Went to the Urgent Care because my feet were swollen and I was in pain. Waited 2 hours to be told off by an unfriendly nurse. She just asked me "Did you have an accident?" "Is your skin infected?" - no and no .... "well, I cannot do anything for you. You need to see the GP. But can I please get your blood pressure?". (oh and all of this took her exactly 2 minutes!!) 2 hours of wasted time. Could have been told by the receptionist already and would have expected a more cooperative approach as a patient!
