When I first attended Inclusion Matters I was an absolute mess. I met Amy and she has shown me the skills to move forward and get the best from life. I cannot thank this wonderful person enough, she helped me turn everything around. Now I can cope with whatever comes my way and for the first time in years I am happy and can look forward to a full life. Amy is a brilliant therapist, she is skilful and very down to earth.
Last year I overdosed because I couldn't cope with the mess my life had become and now I know I will never do that again as I know what to do to avoid the situation getting so bad. Amy has helped turn me from a wreck into a confident woman who knows what she wants and how to get it. What a brilliant organisation.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart but all my families too.
