"I will always remember what she done for me"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as a service user),

I didn’t know what to expect from talking therapy, it was my first time. My therapist was lovely, she made me feel able to open up. Each week we built on the week before. I was introduced to the concept of mindfulness. It really worked for me, I was able to sleep again and it gave me my mind back, I was in control again. Not only that but I felt I had a future and for one person to be able to turn my thinking around like that was remarkable. I will always remember what she done for me and the new skills she taught me.

Dear Major111,

Many thanks for your very positive feedback about your experience of therapy. It sounds like you worked well with your therapist to gain control of your life and be able to look positively towards the future.

Best wishes

Tracey
