About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I wasn't given a choice of clinic – but that’s fine.

I had basal cell carcinoma on my fore head. Referral by doctor was very quick.

Surgery was delayed because I had already booked four weeks in America.

Doctor Reid and his nurse explained everything clearly.

Nurse very caring and put me at ease. Dr Reid made the most amazingly neat job! Bless him! : ) x
