About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

1 Because of the pains am having appointment of waiting time of 8 – 10 weeks is just too bad

2 the question to ask is if you can change the waiting time due to the nature of my sickness

A very big boil for about 5 months now

Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated.

I am sorry that you have had a longer than anticipated wait to be seen.

I would suggest that if you have not already received an appointment to see the consultant that you contact your GP to ask him to review your condition as he may be able to arrange for your appointment to be brought forward due to a change in your condition and the pain and discomfort you are experiencing.

I hope that you are soon receiving treatment and feeling much better.
