Wait much shorter than expected

"Wait much shorter than expected"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a carer),

We were expecting a wait as it said on board up to one hour wait but we went in more of less on appointment time and were out in 10 minutes. The nurse was pleasant and explained to my mum what she was going to do before she did it.
