I am absolutely thrilled with the results of the exercises etc. They have made such a difference to my everyday life. I even get a good nights sleep now.

Thank you for your positive feed back. I am so pleased to hear that your life has been transformed by the guidance and support from the continence nurse.

But essentially it is your own dedication and motivation to carry out the prescribed treatment that made the difference.

You have given a very positive example for other patients with bladder problems can be helped.
