"Waiting time to see specialist was abysmal"

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

The appointment at the fracture and orthopaedic clinic was organised just right, but waiting time to see specialist was abysmal. My appointment was ten thirty, I was there for ten fifteen but did not get seen by the specialist until twelve o'clock turned.
