"She was lovely and gentle"

(as the patient),

My doctor said he would refer me for Echocardiogram, after ten days had a call offering two dates that were cancelled. I accepted the second one because I had an appointment for the first one. I went the following Friday afternoon.

The staff were very friendly and kind, also helpful in making me comfortable on the bed. She explained the procedure of what she was going to do. I was very interested in seeing everything on screen and she answered my questions. (She was lovely and gentle) No one need be frightened. She also said told me when asked if everything OK. Make a visit to GP. If anything had been wrong that was nasty they tend to keep you in. That left me happy to know that.
