"Cannot thank them enough"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I was taken poorly in Waitrose in Saltash and the first aider there called for an ambulance. Two gentlemen and a lady came, they were fantastic. I was in such a state I could not have asked for more from them. They were polite and caring; they put my mind at ease. I could not have wished for better care. They were excellent. I cannot thank them enough for their care and kindness.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback - I hope you are feeling better.

It is very rewarding to hear how are staff are continuing to provide excellent care to patients when they need it most.

We can share you kind words with ambulance crew who were involved in your care, but to do this we will need a little more information. May I ask you to contact me on either 01392 261 552 or sara.coburn@swast.nhs.uk at your convenience and I can take some more information from you.
