"Brilliant facility and staff - but why no..."

About: The Royal London Hospital

Brilliant facility and staff. Epecially the staff :) I came into A&E and left healthier, happier and moreover very proud indeed of our NHS. But, I noticed all of the sanitiser gel containers I passed were empty. My route was from the A&E reception, via Xray, to minor injuries, and back. I tried to sanitise my hands with gel but all of those plastic tubs on the walls were empty. I'm not writing to complain; rather I hope I'm helping by informing you about this, for the obvious reasons. Thanks, David.

Hi David Thank you for your feedback about your visit to the Emergency Department. We welcome all feedback about our service but it is especially great to hear good comments. Thank you on behalf of all of the staff, your comments have been passed onto them. We have staff who regularly check the sanitisers. These are kept topped up and but we will review the frequency of our check-ups to make sure our process is fit for purpose. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards Barts Health NHS Trust
