"Horrible doctor"

Unfortunately my father was just diagnosed with lymphoma on Thursday in A&E, and I had been waiting to see a haematologist, who finally came on Friday in HDU. I have never met anyone as cold as her, not sympathetic at all, didn't answer and questions, was rude, and ignored my question and walked off. I have never come across any doctor like her before, and don't ever wish to either. She didn't even introduce herself, otherwise I would love to name and shame her. Thankfully, he has been transferred to a specialist hospital where I know drs are amazing. Bad experience straight after bad news.
