First of all, I had to wait 6 weeks to hear anything from the hospital re my referral and then another few weeks for an actual appointment. Secondly, it is virtually impossible to get there unless you have a car: unacceptable. Then I saw someone who failed to introduce himself properly so I have no idea who he actually was, he didn't explain anything to me and I had to prompt him to answer the most basic questions regarding my appointment. Worst of ask though, he actual laughed at me at one point completely dismissing me even though the 2 minutes he spent with me are hardly enough to know what's going on. To rub it all in, I now have to wait even longer to see any results, I couldn't get a straight answer from the person I saw so I have no idea of how long but I expect it'll be another couple of months. An absolute disgrace from start to finish and I am very unhappy about the situation.
