My wife had a wrist injury which we thought was due to an infection but the medic - I apologise for not remembering your full title - who attended her, gave us a detailed analysis of exactly what the problem was. He was efficient, informative and extremely professional in his approach to us and, aware that my wife's medical history is complicated, very reassuring. Although the hospital was obviously very busy, our visit took about forty minutes, from parking the car to leaving the grounds. Exemplary N.H.S. efficiency. Many thanks and full marks to the Hospital.

I am absolutely delighted that your wife has received such an excellent level of care from the team at Alnwick Infirmary.
