"Results of ultrasound?"

I had a ultrasound probe done on the 28th of July due to spotting and pain, I got told to make an appointment with my GP for the 1st of August. I phoned up my GP to be on the safe side but alas she hadn't received them yet. I tried again every few days and still had no luck. I feel badly let down and the stress factor has now kicked in. Can someone please help me as I can't get through on the phone as it keeps going dead on me.
