"Avoid at all costs"

My friend was admitted last year after a breakdown (suffers from bi-polar and schizophrenia). No care whatsoever, not seen by a medical professional for days after brief initial assessment and simply give a huge amount of drugs to keep her drowsy in order for the nurses to have no work. Worst thing doctors were totally patronising, totally ignoring parents requests to be involved in daughter s treatment decisions. No care what so ever and when I told a few of the scenes I observed in there to my consultant doctor partner and other doctor medical friends they were totally shocked. Moreover, a senior registrar and friend of ours working as a Psychiatrist in another mental care hospital told us of the record that this hospital is one of the worst to be and to get my friend out at any cost and have her admitted somewhere else....
